Arrests

Feb. 10

7:49 p.m.: Gerald DeWayne Anderson, 54, was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at West Seventh Street and South Kentucky Avenue for expired registration. Anderson had a suspended driver's license and was transported to the police station where he was issued a citation.

Feb. 11

4:04 p.m.: Walter Payne Nicholson II, was arrested after officers were dispatched to 4400 Wisconsin Avenue in reference to a subject trespassing. They located the subject, confirmed his identity and transported him to the Pettis County Jail pending a charge of first-degree trespass.

7:26 p.m.: Shannon Rae Hall, 53, was arrested after officers responded to the 1700 block of East Fourth Street for a domestic disturbance in progress. They conducted an investigation and determined a physical altercation had occurred and a primary physical aggressor was identified. Hall was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending a charge of fourth-degree domestic assault.

Danielle Evans Hall, 38, was also arrested for possession of a controlled substance and was transported to the Pettis County Jail pending that charge.

9:11 p.m.: Darien M’Yaire McKinley, 23, was arrested after a traffic stop at East 16th Street and South Ohio Avenue for a traffic violation. McKinley did not have a valid operator’s license and was transported to the police station and issued a citation.

Feb. 11

10:41 p.m.: Steven M. Smith, 29, of Warrensburg was arrested in Johnson County for felon in possession of a firearm and speeding. He was transported to the Johnson County Sheriff's department and placed on a 24-hour hold.
