Arrests

Jan. 28

4:31 p.m.: Annette Burton, 50, was arrested after an officer responded to Walmart, 3201 West Broadway Blvd, for shoplifting.

Jan. 31

5:00 p.m.: Timothy D Eckhoff, 24, was arrested after officers were dispatched to Walmart, 3201 West Broadway Blvd, for a reported theft. Eckhoff was identified, cited and released on scene.

Feb. 2

4:13 p.m.: Marquis Pannell, 45, was arrested after officers conducted a traffic stop at 16th Street and South Limit Avenue. Pannell was charged with drug possession.

6:23 p.m.: Anthony Michael Johnston, 23, was arrested after officers responded to the 900 block of West 11th Street for a hit-and-run accident. Johnston was charged with DWI alcohol and leaving the scene of an accident

Incidents

Jan. 28

11:06 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 2800 block of South Ingram Avenue for a report of an assault. They arrived, gathered information and identified all parties, and documented injuries. Charges were referred to the prosecutor.

1:53 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the Sedalia Police Department for a report of a hit-and-run in the 300 block of East Fourth Street. They identified the reporting party, documented the information and took a report.

Jan. 31

7:45 p.m.: An officer responded to the 1000 block of East 15th Street for a report of property damage. The victim reported intentional damage to the motor of his motorhome.

9:39 p.m.: Officers responded to Walmart, 3201 West Broadway Blvd. in regard to shoplifting.The reporting party said the suspects had fled the scene and are unknown.

Feb. 1

12:12 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of East Seventh Street in regard to a hit-and-run accident. They gathered information from the victim for a report.

11:35 a.m.: Officers responded to the 1300 block of East 9th Street for a domestic disturbance. They gathered information and created a 12-hour log.

6:28 p.m.: Officers responded to South Moniteau Avenue and West Seventh Street for a disturbance. A report was made of the incident.

7:14 p.m.:Officers responded to the 300 block of South Lamine Avenue for a fraud report. A report was made of the incident.

7:47 p.m.: Sedalia police responded to El Espolon, 2400 South Limit Avenue for a report of two individuals leaving without paying their check. They were identified by law enforcement from previous contacts and are both known to steal. Formal charges are being sought through the Pettis County prosecutor's office.

Feb. 2

7:53 a.m.: Officers were called to a physical domestic disturbance in the 400 block of West Sixth Street. The reporting party provided information for officers who generated a report and filed charges.

10:10 a.m. Officers were dispatched to the Sedalia Police Department lobby for a report of stealing from a motor vehicle. They gathered the reporting party’s information about the items stolen and wrote a report.

12:42 p.m.: Officers responded to the 3100 block of Brianna Boulevard for a report of property damage. A vehicle was damaged overnight and a report was made of the incident. No suspects were identified.

3:38 p.m.: Officers took a report in the lobby of the police department in reference to found property. The property was placed into evidence and a report was completed.

4:34 p.m.: Officers were called out to North William Parkhurst Drive and North Grand Avenue for a previous physical domestic assault. The reporting party provided information and officers generated a report and filed charges.

Incidents

Jan. 31

7: 07 a.m.: Pettis County Deputies took a report of a possible theft of property after moving out of a crew house located in the 2000 block of McFarland Road months ago.

11:25 a.m.: Deputies were dispatched to the Pettis County Assisted Living Center, 3017 Brooking Park Ave, for a disturbance where a male resident was assaulted. Charges of fourth-degree assault were submitted to the prosecutor's office.

4:05 p.m.: Deputies were dispatched to the 7300 block of Highway JJ in Pettis County in reference to an assault that occurred where the reporting party was pulled from her vehicle and hit and hit in the face. The female had visible bruising to her face and was wearing clothing covered in mud. Deputies learned her ex-boyfriend arrived with another female to collect his clothing when an altercation occurred.

They made contact with the female suspect who admitted to assaulting the female victim in self-defense. She was placed under arrest pending charges of third-degree assault.

Feb. 2

9:45 a.m.: Deputies responded to the 1300 block of East Boonville Road for a verbal domestic disturbance. No one was arrested and the incident was documented.

Feb. 2

9:00 p.m.: Deputies were dispatched to the 200 block of West Clay Street in Pettis County for a domestic assault in progress. After investigation a female resident was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail and booked on charges of second-degree domestic assault.

Arrests

Jan. 31

8:00 a.m.: Daniel L. Eschliman, 43, of Warrensburg was arrested in Johnson County for a felony Jackson County warrant, driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor Johnson County warrant, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in a crash, no valid license and failure to obey reasonable directions from a highway patrolman. He was transported to the Johnson County Jail.

Feb. 1

10:20 p.m.: Jordan J. Ullrich, 21, of Mack’s Creek was arrested in Morgan County for DWI alcohol - prior offender. He was transported to the Morgan County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.

Feb. 2

3:45 a.m.: Jason M. Johnson, 24, from Temecula, CA was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right lane of the roadway. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department and released.
