8:49 p.m.: Malachi Quamayne Eugene Sims, 23, was arrested after an officer responded to the 2100 block of South Washington Avenue for a disturbance in progress. One subject had visible injuries and Sims was arrested at the scene and transported to the Pettis County Jail where he was held for 24-hours pending a charge of third-degree domestic assault.
11:09 p.m.: Richard T. Beaulieu-Plona, 40, was arrested after officers observed a subject in a 600 block of South Ohio Avenue they had probable cause to arrest for a previous incident. They attempted to arrest Beaulieu-Plona at which point he began to resist and was placed into handcuffs. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending charges of possession of a synthetic narcotic and felony resisting arrest.
2:43 p.m.: A man came into the lobby of the police department to report a fraud in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard.
9:18 p.m.: Officers responded to the Bothwell Emergency Room, 601 East 14th St, in reference to a domestic assault. They made contact with the victim who sustained injuries from an ex-boyfriend. Officers were able to locate the suspect and he was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending an assault charge.
1:05 p.m.: Pettis County deputies were dispatched to the 15300 block of Hwy EE in Hughesville for a non-injury motor vehicle crash involving a 26-ft enclosed box truck that had lost the enclosed box. The driver was traveling north on Hwy EE when a deer went across the highway causing his vehicle to travel off the roadway before returning and crossing EE again, leaving the roadway on the left side. Don's Towing was called to remove the truck and box.
7:28 p.m.: Officers responded to the 2000 block of West Main Street in reference to a theft report. They collected information and generated a report. No suspects were identified.
11:16 p.m.: A caller from the 2000 block of Easter Ridgeview Drive reported that his front license plate tag was stolen.
