Feb. 4

3:53 p.m.: Sergei S. Gladush Jr, 45, was arrested after officers were dispatched to Hardee's for a report of trespassing. They knew he had a pending trespass charge and they transported him to the Pettis County Jail for a 24-hour hold pending a charge of first-degree trespass.

Incidents

Feb. 2

1:58 p.m.: Officers responded to a complaint about a person urinating in a public parking lot in the 1800 block of West Main Street. They gathered information from witnesses and collected a written statement.

10:33 p.m.: A victim in the 500 block of East 10th Street reported damage to his vehicle. There is no suspect information. Damage is valued at $150.

Feb. 5

5:33 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of South Arlington Avenue on a report of stolen property. They gathered information and created a report.

Feb. 6

9:29 a.m.: Officers found a subject standing in the roadway near East Pettis Street and North Washington Avenue. They made contact with the individual, gathered information and transported them to Bothwell.

9:38 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 900 block of Westwood Avenue for a stolen vehicle report. They made contact with the registered owner and a report was submitted.

6:36 p.m.: Officers responded to the 1700 block of South Montgomery Avenue for a report of domestic assault. The suspect left prior to the officer's arrival and charges are being submitted to the prosecutor.

Arrests

Feb. 6

10:45 p.m.: Joshua L. Lindsay was arrested after a traffic stop for not stopping at South Washington Avenue and East 24th Street. Lindsay's Missouri operators license was revoked.

Feb. 7

12:34 a.m.: Edward Marshall was located by Pettis deputies at a vehicle check near East Main Street and South Washington Avenue. A charge of forgery was requested from the Pettis County prosecutor's office.

Feb. 6

11:37 p.m.: Seth W. Hooky, 37, of Warrensburg was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department and released.
