11:31 p.m.: Joshua Morrill was arrested after deputies conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of East 16th Street and South Arlington Avenue. Morrill was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and was transported to the Pettis County Jail, booked for possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence.
