Arrests

Jan. 8

4:35 p.m.: Diego Aguare Tiu, 26, was arrested after a subject check at the intersection of 17th Street and Moniteau Avenue on an individual observed driving without a valid driver's license. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail, booked and released with a municipal citation.

Jan. 10

8:52 a.m.: David Nochka, 23, was arrested after a traffic stop near Third Street and Hancock Avenue for failing to display a front registration. Nochka had no driver's license and was transported to the police department, fingerprinted and released with a citation.

12:16 p.m.: Michael LaShawn Taylor Jr, 32, was arrested after a traffic stop at State Fair Boulevard and 14th Street for expired registration. Taylor had no driver's license and was transported to the police department, fingerprinted and released.

5:23 p.m.: Harrison Drew Washington, 34, was arrested after a traffic stop near Fourth Street and Ohio Avenue for expired registration. Washington had a revoked driver's license and was transported to the Pettis County Jail, booked and released with charges of failure to properly display license plates, failure to register with the Department of Revenue and driving with a suspended license.

10:52 p.m.: Bridget Marie Pardee, 41, was arrested after an officer was dispatched to the 1200 block of South Ohio Avenue in reference to a disturbance. The officer spoke with both parties and a primary physical aggressor was determined. Pardee was transported to the Pettis County Jail pending a charge of fourth-degree domestic assault.

Jan. 11

4:20 p.m.: Jesse R. Smith, 57, was arrested after officers contacted the registered sex offender at Liberty Park. He was placed on a 24-hour hold at the Pettis County jail for violating the terms of his sex offender registration.

5:30 p.m.: Natasha Rose Parkhurst, 26, was arrested for public peace disturbance after officers were dispatched to Albright Court. Parkhurst was issued a municipal citation.

7:55 p.m.: Eric Daniel Luetjen, 25, was arrested after a traffic stop near East Third Street and South Engineer Avenue. The driver had a revoked driver's license and was booked and released at the Pettis County Jail.

Jan. 12

1:29 a.m.: George Chavez Smith, 60, was arrested after a traffic stop for expired registration on South Ohio Avenue near East Broadway boulevard. Smith was intoxicated by drugs and was issued a uniform traffic ticket and released.

Incidents

Jan. 10

4:10 p.m.: Officers were called to the Sedalia Police Department lobby for an accident report. The reporting party said he went inside Casey's, 1909 Main St, came back out and noticed his car had been hit.

5:49 p.m.: Officers responded to the 1800 block of East Seventh Street for a domestic disturbance. They spoke with both parties and no primary aggressor could be determined so a 12-hour log was completed.

6:03 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to 14th Street and Limit Avenue in reference to a hit-and-run accident. Contact was made with the victim who reported a silver or gray passenger car collided with her vehicle and left headed north on Limit Avenue.

Jan. 11

3:28 p.m.: An officer responded to the police department lobby in reference to a subject check. A subject wanted to relay information about another subject with a warrant. The information was gathered.

Jan. 12

7:05 a.m.: An officer was dispatched to the 1100 block of West Third Street regarding a subject going through the reporting party's vehicle. Nothing was stolen from the vehicle, but a purse was left behind. Attempts were made to return the purse but they were all unsuccessful. The purse was entered into evidence for safekeeping.

9:39 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 1800 block of South Missouri Avenue for a report of tampering with a motor vehicle.

11:54 a.m.: An officer received a phone call about a vehicle stolen from the 600 block of East 10th Street. The reporting party said he let his mother borrow his car for a day to do laundry and she had not returned it.

3:06 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance in the 1900 block of West 10th Street. Two residents engaged in a physical altercation. No primary physical aggressor could be determined so the incident was documented using a 12-hour log.

Jan. 13

8:20 a.m.: Deputies were dispatched to Hwy U south of Smasal Road for a truck left unattended in the southbound lane. They found a blue Dodge Ram 1500 completely blocking the southbound lane of Hwy U. The vehicle was towed.

Arrests

Jan. 10

3:00 p.m.: Adam R. Martin, 38, of Buckner was arrested in Johnson County for felony fleeing. He was transported to the Johnson County Detention Center and placed on a 24-hour hold.

Jan. 11

10:25 p.m.: Harold P. Frazier, 47, of Sedalia was arrested in Pettis County for felony driving while intoxicated, felony driving while revoked, exceeding the speed limit, failure to properly affix license plate and no insurance. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.

11:49 p.m.: Allister R. Beck, 25, of Warrensburg was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated and failure to yield to a parked emergency vehicle. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department and released.
