6:23 a.m.: Sergei S. Gladush, 45, of Sedalia was arrested after A business in the 4200 block of East Broadway Boulevard for a report of an unwanted subject in their store. Gladush was identified and found to have a previous trespass warning from the same business. He was later arrested for the offensive trespassing in place on a 24-hour hold pending formal charges.
10:28 a.m.:Nicholas DeQuan Levine, 28, of the 900 block of South Kentucky Avenue was arrested after a call from the 1600 block of East Seventh Street regarding a domestic assault that just occurred. On arrival a description of the suspect was gathered due to the suspect's departure before law enforcement arrival. Levine was later located and arrested, transported to the county jail pending charges of second-degree domestic assault and felony resisting arrest.
8:04 p.m.: Jesse Robert Smith, 57, of Sedalia was arrested after officers responded to St Patrick's church, 415 East Fourth Street in reference to an intoxicated subject causing a disturbance. They made contact with Smith who was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on the 12-hour protective custody hold.
9:57 p.m.: Sergei S. Gladush, 45, of Sedalia was arrested after officers received information of a subject refusing to leave a business at 216 West Broadway Boulevard. Gladush was highly intoxicated, unable to care for himself and was transported to Bothwell for a fit of confinement. He was then transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 12-hour protective custody hold.
8:04 p.m.: An officer responded to a report of cardiac arrest in the 1500 block of West Main Street. After life-saving measures were taken a patient was transported to the hospital for further treatment.
7:50 a.m.: Deputies were dispatched to Garrison Road and Rattlesnake Hill Road in Pettis County for a vehicle in a ditch. They found a white utility van in the ditch with the engine running and a man in the driver's seat. He was under influence and was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending charges of DWI and driving with a suspended license.
12:27 a.m.: Shannon Newton and Wayne Archambault were arrested after a traffic stop near West 15th Street and South Vermont Avenue for defective license plate lights and a turn signal violation. The Pettis County K-9 alerted to the vehicle and Newton was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Archambault was arrested for a warrant out of Probation and Parole.
6:03 p.m.: Deputies responded to US 65 and Highway 52 for a two-vehicle accident. No injuries were reported.
