5:18 p.m. Edward Garnel Marshall, 52, was arrested after officers took a report in the lobby about a lift truck stolen in the 300 block of West Pettis Street. Officers collected information and located the suspect who was booked and released from the Pettis County Jail with a charge of stealing.
9:50 a.m.: Officers responded to the 1400 block of West Fourth Street in reference to found property. A scooter was left on the road and no one knew to whom it belonged. It was placed into evidence as found property.
8:07 p.m.: Officers took a report for the violation of an order of protection in the 400 block of Buckner Court. The caller said a person who she has an order of protection against has been contacting her on the phone. Charges are being requested.
