10:00 p.m.: Joshua Eric Asbury, 40, was arrested after officers responded to the 1200 block of South Moniteau Avenue in reference to a domestic disturbance. They made contact with both parties and during investigation Asbury was determined to be the primary aggressor. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending a State charge of third-degree domestic assault.
1:25 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of West Fourth Street for a death report.
