10:41 p.m.: Joseph Balthazar Ruiz, 34, was arrested after a vehicle stopped near East 10th Street and South Madison Avenue on a subject who was intoxicated. The driver refused commands and resisted arrest. Police deployed their taser and the subject was apprehended. Ruiz was placed on a 24-hour hold on charges of DWI and felony resisting arrest.
11:46 p.m.: James Baker Jr, 26, was arrested after officers responded to a suspicious vehicle report in the 600 block of North Prospect Avenue. After being observed in traffic violations a stop was conducted where the vehicle failed to yield and went down an alley with no outlet. The driver bailed out on foot and after a short foot pursuit was apprehended.
Baker was extremely intoxicated and had a revoked driver's license. He was placed on a 24-hour hold at the Pettis County Jail on state charges of DWI - persistent offender, felony driving while revoked, aggravated fleeing and felony resisting arrest.
12:35 p.m.: Marie Martel McDonald, 23, was arrested after officers were dispatched to the 300 block of West Broadway Boulevard in reference to attempted robbery of a person. Officers made contact with the reporting party and after investigation on scene McDonald was issued a city summons for assault.
10:27 p.m.: Ana Maria Silva Rubio, 26, was arrested after a traffic stop near East Sixth Street and South Engineer Avenue on a driver with a revoked license. She was transported to the Pettis County Jail and issued a summons.
9:14 a.m.: Officers responded to Stay True Tattoo, 2123 West Broadway Blvd, for a follow-up to a possible burglary. Information was collected for a report. No suspect has been identified.
9:07 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to East 17th Street and South Brown Avenue for a report of theft and property damage. They gathered information and documentation and a report was completed.
11:44 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the police department lobby for a report of shoplifting that occurred earlier in the day at the Jiffy Shop convenience store, 1722 West Broadway Blvd. Officers gathered information and documentation for a report.
2:21 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of East Broadway Boulevard in reference to property damage. They spoke with both parties and a report was submitted.
4:39 p.m.: Officers responded to Liberty Park, 1500 West Third St, for a report of two subjects fighting in the area. It was discovered to be a domestic disturbance situation between brothers and officers were unable to determine a primary physical aggressor. A report was made for documentation purposes and a 12-hour domestic violence log was created.
8:38 a.m.: Pettis County deputies were dispatched to the 100 block of Villa Drive for the report of a vehicle theft.
