June 10
8 a.m.: Hector Figueroa Reyes, 27, was arrested after an investigative traffic stop at 17th Street and Washington Avenue. The driver was placed under arrest for driving without a valid driver's license the passenger was arrested after the confirmation of two active warrants both individuals transported to the Pettis County Jail.
9:26 p.m.: Dean Murphree, 61, was arrested after an officer was dispatched to Liberty Park in reference to a disturbance. The victim said the suspect started yelling at them about their immigration status, blocked their vehicle and tried to open their car door before they were able to drive off. He was located, arrested and placed on a 24-hour hold pending a charge of first-degree harassment.
11:37 p.m.: Jordan Quantrell Webb, 32, was arrested after a traffic stop for a vehicle with expired registration and a non-working headlight near the 500 block of North Missouri Avenue. The driver was intoxicated and while being searched he was found to be in possession of more than eight grams of crack cocaine. He was charged with second-degree drug trafficking and DWI alcohol.
1:37 p.m.: Douglas Wayne Kabler, 59, was arrested after officers were dispatched to Third Street and Kentucky Avenue for a reported assault. A suspect was identified and placed under arrest for fourth-degree domestic assault. He was transported to the penis County Jail in place on the 24-hour hold.
Incidents
June 5
11:20 a.m.: A call came in from the 300 block of West Fifth Street regarding a past theft incident. The reporting party requested an officer contact him by phone where information gathered for a report was generated.
June 10
2:23 a.m.: An officer was dispatched to the 1300 block of East 15th Street in reference to subjects going through vehicles. When he arrived the suspects were gone but checking the area a poker set was located that was placed into evidence for safekeeping.
12:41 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to 16th Street and South Limit Avenue for a reported hit-and-run collision.

June 6
7:22 p.m.: Kimberly A. Cates, 42, of Kansas City was arrested in Moniteau County for failure to register as a sex offender and exceeding the posted speed limit by 26 miles per hour or more. She was transported to the Moniteau County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
