June 12
5:03 p.m.: Sean Kenneth Cunningham, 51, was arrested after officers were dispatched to the 700 block of East Broadway Boulevard regarding an intoxicated subject. They made contact with Cunningham and determined he was intoxicated. He was placed into protective custody and transported to Bothwell for safekeeping.
June 16
10:58 a.m.: Thomas Lee Murphy, 39, was arrested after officers were dispatched to the 800 block of East Broadway Boulevard regarding a theft. They made contact with the reporting party and the suspect who was arrested and released on scene with a summons.
Incidents
June 16
10:15 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 2000 block of East 15th Street for a theft report. They identified the parties involved, gathered information and a report was completed.
11:03 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to Bothwell Regional Health Center for a property damage report. They gathered information and documentation for a report.
9:27 p.m.: Officers responded to the police department lobby for the report of a violation to an order of protection. They gathered information and charges are being submitted to the prosecutor.
June 17
1:55 a.m.: Officers responded to the 2400 block of Dennis Road for a domestic disturbance. Two subjects in a relationship had a minor physical altercation over possession of shared property. Both subjects had minor injuries but no charges are being sought. A 12-hour log was started to document the incident.
