3:31 p.m.: Miguel Angel Rojas Enriquez, 32, was arrested after a traffic stop at the intersection of Third Street and Hancock Avenue on a vehicle with obstructed registration. The driver was driving without a valid driver's license and was transported to the Pettis County Jail, booked and released with a citation.

5:03 a.m.: Officers responded to the 3200 block of West 16th Street for a report of theft. The caller reported an ATM and money contents were stolen from a business.

3:30 p.m.: Cody Woodruff, 30, of Montreal was arrested in Pettis County for felony fleeing, felony possession of a controlled substance, no driver's license, DWI - first offense, a felony warrant from MO probation and parole, and a felony warrant from Camden County. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail.
