Arrests
June 9
12:51 p.m.: Miguel Sebastian Nava, 40, was arrested after a traffic stop at the intersection of Seventh Street and Kentucky Avenue on a vehicle with excessive window tint. The driver was transported to the Pettis County Jail, booked and released with a charge of driving without a license.
June 18
10:16 a.m.: Trayvon M. Terry, 32, was arrested after a traffic stop near Westwood Avenue and West Broadway Boulevard. The driver did not have a driver's license and was transported to the Pettis County Jail, booked then released with a summons.
1:56 p.m.: Jose De La Cruz Beltran, 43, was arrested after a traffic stop at 12th Street and Crescent Avenue on a vehicle for failing to signal. The driver had no driver's license and was booked and released from the Pettis County Jail with charges of operating without a license and no proof of insurance.
6:56 p.m.: Officers made contact with a woman in the lobby of the police department from the 3000 block of West Broadway Boulevard about a stolen wallet. Information was gathered and an investigation is underway.
June 19
7:30 p.m.: Michelle D. Petty, 45, was arrested after officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for no plates near West Main Street and Industrial Drive. A consent search of the vehicle revealed contraband and Petty and passenger Mitchel W. Duncan were based on 24-hour hold at the Pettis County Jail pending charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, drug possession and distribution. Petty was also charged with delivery of a controlled substance into a jail facility.
7:59 p.m.: Edward Garnel Marshall, 52, was arrested after officers responded to Al’s Portable Welding, 215 East Main St, for a theft. They made contact with Garnel near the business walking with stolen items in a cart. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending a charge of stealing.
11:45 p.m.: Jackie L. Holtcamp, 36, was arrested after officers responded to the 200 block of East Pettis Street for a burglary in progress. They located a male subject on scene who was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending a charge of first-degree trespass.
Incidents
June 18
7:04 a.m.: Officers responded to a reported vehicle theft in the 1200 block of South Carr Avenue. They spoke with the victim and gathered information for a report.
June 19
11:06 p.m.: Officers conducted a vehicle stop at West Broadway Boulevard and Westwood Avenue. The rear license plate did not belong to the driver of the vehicle and it was seized and placed into evidence to be returned to the Department of Revenue.

Incidents
June 18
8:15 a.m.: Pettis County deputies were dispatched to Hwy A and Pacific School Road in Mora in reference to an injury motor vehicle crash involving a tractor trailer that rolled on its side. The driver was transported to the hospital by Cole Camp ambulance District. Don's Towing arrived to retrieve the truck, trailer and chickens.
4:10 p.m.: Pettis County deputies were dispatched to a non-injury accident and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash. A Peterbilt 385 pulling a flatbed trailer with a 14 ft oversized building and a Peterbilt 379 pulling a grain trailer collided near a bridge on Hwy 52 near Oxline Road. The driver of the Peterbilt 385 continued east and was subsequently located at a residence near Green Ridge.
June 19
3:45 p.m.: Pettis County deputies took a report of property damage resulting from hay bales falling off a trailer in the 29000 block of Hwy M at Pleasant Hill Road in Sedalia. The incident occurred June 15 at 5:00 p.m. The investigation is ongoing and will be completed once all information can be obtained from the hay bale owner.
