21:13 p.m.: Isaiah Glenn Cochran, 26, was arrested In the 23000 block of Radio Hill Road after an officer spoke with a victim who wished to report a stolen firearm. After investigation it was determined Cochran had pawned the gun and he was located and arrested for theft. Cochran was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending state charges.
10:13 p.m.: Veronica Lynn Nicole Belcher, 20, was arrested after a vehicle stop on East Seventh Street and South Washington Avenue for having a headlight out and a front plate obscured. Belcher was impaired by drugs and was booked and released at the Pettis County Jail with charges of DWI and misdemeanor failure to appear.
8:22 p.m.: Lashawn Stewart, 29, was arrested after a vehicle stop on East Broadway Boulevard near South Marshall Avenue for speeding and improper lane usage. Stewart had a suspended license, a Pettis County warrant, and was intoxicated by drugs. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail and booked on the warrant and state charges of DWI drugs - prior offender and driving while suspended. Two additional charges of no child restraint have been requested.
12:45 a.m.: Hallee Mae Fox, 23, was arrested after a vehicle stop near North New York Avenue and East Jackson Street for no license plates. Fox was intoxicated by drugs and was arrested, processed and released with Municipal charges of DWI drugs and no registration.
1:24 a.m.: Lucas Martin Emerick, 43, was arrested after being observed driving on South Limit Avenue with no lights. A traffic stop on South Limit Court found the driver intoxicated. He was arrested for felony DWI and was placed on a 24-hour hold.
11:01 p.m.: An officer was dispatched to Bothwell Hospital regarding a domestic assault that had taken place in the 1200 block of South Quincy Avenue. Information was gathered for a report.
1:56 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to a fraud report from a business in the 1300 block of West 16th Street. They made contact with the caller and gathered the necessary information.
2:53 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 400 block of North Washington Avenue for a property damage report. They spoke with the reporting party, gathered information and submitted a report.
5:52 p.m.: An officer responded to the 3100 block of West Broadway Boulevard for the report of a hit-and-run accident. The victim reported a vehicle struck her vehicle while she was stopped in traffic then fled. There were no injuries and only minor damage to the vehicle. Suspect information was available at the scene and the investigation is ongoing.
6:28 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to 32nd Street and Highway 65 for a traffic complaint. They gathered information, generated a report and sent a citation to the suspect’s address.
6:40 p.m.: Officers took a report of a stolen license plate in the 400 block of East Jackson Street.
8:16 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 1800 block of South Carr Avenue for a report of a previous burglary. They gathered information, created a report and submitted charges.
11:11 p.m.: A call came in from the 900 block of Westwood Avenue regarding a dead dog. The reporting party just wanted to know how to dispose of a dead dog. A report was generated for documentation.
