Arrests

March 19

12:37 p.m.: Louis G. Davis, 42, was arrested after officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for impeding and investigation. The driver was arrested for resisting arrest and transported to the Pettis County Jail.

March 20

12:10 a.m.: Amy Rashell Thomas, 40, was arrested after officers responded to the 2000 block of East 14th Street for a female trespassing. Thomas was intoxicated and left in a vehicle which was stopped near East 12th Street and South Garfield Avenue after the driver failed to maintain the right half of the road.

Thomas resisted arrest and was transported to the Pettis County Jail where she was placed on a 24-hour hold. During the process she accrued five counts of third degree assault, felony tampering with evidence, felony attempted escape from custody, felony resisting arrest and DWI.

Incidents

March 16

7:32 p.m.: A call came in regarding a subject who is having mental health issues. The subject was located in Liberty Park and agreed to go to Bothwell.

8:04 p.m.: Officers responded to the 2000 block of Washington Avenue for a burglary. They gathered information and created a report.

March 19

6:08 p.m.: Jason W. Fields, 26, of Eldon was arrested in Morgan County for leaving the scene of an accident - property damage exceeding $1,000. He was transported to the Morgan County jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
