8:41 p.m.: Stephen K. Kramer, 24 was arrested after an officer responded to Walmart for a suspect recording up a woman's dress. Kramer was located, arrested and later admitted to the crime. He was booked to be held for 24 hours at the Pettis County Jail pending charges of first-degree sexual misconduct, felony tampering with physical evidence and harassment to frighten or disturb another person.
1241 a.m.: An officer assisted Pettis County Deputy with processing a DWI. the suspect was transported to the police department for a breath sample.
2:30 p.m.: Pettis County deputies were dispatched to Highway 65 and Manila Road for an injury motor vehicle crash with possible entrapment. A white Chevrolet Silverado and a Peterbilt 389 semi trailer had collided. The Silverado driver sustained serious injuries and was transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center by Cole Camp ambulance district.
