Arrests

May 12

8:51 a.m.: Ignacio Espinoza Murillo, 28, was arrested after a traffic stop at 16th Street and Thompson Avenue on a vehicle being operated by an unlicensed driver. Murillo was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

7:37 p.m.: Jesse Lee Hopper, 43, was arrested after a traffic complaint near East Sixth Street and South Washington Avenue. The subject had hit multiple objects and was intoxicated. Hopper was transported to the Pettis County Jail and booked to be held for 24 hours pending charges of careless driving, no proof of insurance and DWI alcohol - prior offender. 

Incidents

May 12

9:49 a.m.: An officer was dispatched to a lost or stolen license plate in the 3400 block of Ammon Drive. The victim said the plate went missing over the weekend. 

11:02 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of East Fourth Street for a reported burglary. 

6:18 p.m.: Officers responded to the 2400 block of South Kentucky Avenue in reference to a domestic disturbance. They made contact with both subjects and conducted an investigation but could not determine a primary aggressor so a 12-hour log was made to document the incident. 

10:21 p.m.: Officers took a found property report which occurred in the intersection of West Broadway Boulevard and South Kentucky Avenue. The reporting party stated he located a black iPhone in the roadway. The phone was collected.

Arrests

May 2

8:25 p.m.: Nick R. Noble, 38, of Warsaw was arrested in Benton County for driving while intoxicated and a registration violation. He was transported to the Benton County Jail and released. 

May 11

2:57 a.m.: Lisbon William, 37, of Marshall was arrested in Pettis County for driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail and released.
