Arrests 

May 10 

2:26 Matilde Escarte, 39, was arrested near the intersection of North Veterans Memorial Drive and West Saline Street after  officers  observed a northbound car driving in the middle of the road and failing to maintain the right half near South Engineer Avenue near East Fourth Street. Officers observed the vehicle failing to stop at the stop line at East Saline. The registration of the vehicle also returned to a different vehicle. The driver was arrested on charges of DWI and driving with a suspended license. She was processed and released to a sober person. 

Incidents

May 15 

1:57 p.m. Officers responded to the area of 3800 W. Broadway Blvd. in reference to a theft from the business. Officers gathered information and submitted a report. 

May 19 

6:18 p.m.: Officers took an informational report over the phone concerning domestic violence that took place in the 200 block of South Quincy Avenue on May 17.

May 16

4:24 p.m.: Sean P. Boettcher, 45, of Versailles was arrested in Morgan County for DWI - alcohol - prior offender and driving while suspended first - offense. He was released on summons. 

9:44 p.m.: Kenneth P. Delcolle, 67, of Gravois Mills was arrested in Morgan County for DWI - first offense. He was released on summons. 

May 17

2:45 a.m.: Jerry H. Smith, 61, of Tipton was arrested in Morgan County for DWI - alcohol and failure to drive on the right half the roadway resulting in an accident. He was transported to the Morgan County Jail and released.
