May 4
4:02 a.m.: Nicholas Ramos, 25, was arrested after a traffic stop for not displaying a front registration plate near East Seventh Street and South Brown Avenue. The driver was intoxicated and was transported to the police department, fingerprinted, issued a uniform traffic ticket for DWI and released.
7:59 p.m.: Robert Lee Brandcamp Jr, 42, was arrested after a traffic stop on a vehicle near South Engineer Avenue and East 18th Street for failing to stop at the signal. He had a suspended driver's license and was transported to the Pettis County Jail, booked and released.
May 5
1:12 p.m.: Trina Lynn Harvey, 43, was arrested after an officer responded to North Heard Avenue and East Howard Street in reference to a disturbance. It was an animal running at large who was being taken by Animal Control. The owner was arrested on scene for trespassing and interfering. Harvey was also cited for Animal running at Large.
May 7
6:44 p.m.: Josiah Steven Willis, 21, was arrested after officers responded to the 1300 block of East Sixth Street for a domestic disturbance. The complainant stated her daughter's ex-boyfriend fired a firearm at her with multiple witnesses saying they heard shots fired in the area. Later he displayed it, pointing it at others. Even later he showed up back on the scene where he was taken into custody without incident and a firearm was located on his person. Willis was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending charges of first-degree domestic assault, unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action.

May 3
9:46 p.m.: An officer was made aware of a pursuit from Henry County. The suspect was taken into custody and they recovered items suspected to be stolen from Kohl's. The officer coordinated with the management of Kohl's, 4300 Wisconsin Ave, who reported the theft. The suspect was identified and charges were submitted to the Pettis County prosecutor's office for review.
May 7
2:15 p.m.: An officer was dispatched to the 1200 block of South Osage Avenue in reference to a drug offense. The controlled substance was seized as evidence.
3:15 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the lobby of the Sedalia Police Department for a reported theft from a motor vehicle that occurred in the 200 block of East Jackson Street.

May 7
6:22 p.m.: Joshua A. Reed, 42, of Holden was arrested in Johnson County for felony leaving the scene of an accident. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department and released.
