Nov. 22

3 p.m.: Larry Allen Holbert Jr, 56, of the 1200 block of Elm Hills Boulevard was arrested after a vehicle stop near Sixth Street and Engineer Avenue for a known suspended driver observed driving. Charges are being requested

Nov. 24

2:02 a.m.: Andrew Paul Prim, 24, of the 2400 block of Quail Run Court was arrested after a traffic stop near West Broadway Boulevard and South Harrison Avenue in a vehicle observed speeding. Prim was intoxicated and had a suspended driving status. He was transported to the police department, issued uniform traffic tickets for driving without a license and driving while intoxicated, and released.

Nov. 25

9:45 a.m.: Caleb P. Bartlett, 28, of the 1800 block of South Grand Avenue was arrested after an officer was dispatched to Break Time, 808 East Broadway Blvd. in reference to a theft report. Bartlett came into the store, ate several items and left without paying. He was recognized by the officer and charges of stealing were submitted to the prosecutor.

2:54 p.m.: Sean M. Lefairve, 38, of the 800 block of East Broadway Boulevard was arrested after an officer happened on a fight at East Broadway Boulevard and South Brown Avenue. It was instigated by an adult male subject who was present. Lefairve was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending State charges of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child and resisting arrest.

5:34 p.m.: Nicholas R. Tokarz, 25, of the 3500 block of South Grand Avenue was arrested after officers were dispatched to Walmart for a reported theft. Tokarz was released with a charge of stealing.

Nov. 25

7:57 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to a reported theft that occurred in the 3200 block of Brianna Boulevard.

8:42 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to a reported burglary that occurred in the 400 block of West Broadway Boulevard.

11:56 p.m.: Officers responded to a 911 call from a subject reporting that an officer needed assistance in the 600 block of South Warren Avenue. It was determined the report was unfounded. Charges are being requested for misuse of 911.

Incidents

Nov. 25

6:51 a.m.: Deputies were dispatched to US 50 east of Rt. MM for a non-injury crash involving a deer. The driver said a deer was in his lane and he was unable to avoid it.

7:10 a.m.: A Pettis County deputy was dispatched to Route W east of Route M in Smithton in reference to a non-injury motor vehicle accident involving a deer. The deer crossed into his lane behind another truck and the driver was unable to avoid a collision.
