Nov. 23

11:38 p.m.: Jose Castellan Reyes, 27, of the 4200 block of West Main Street was arrested after officers responded to a crash near South Ohio Avenue and West Broadway Blvd. Reyes was intoxicated and was transported to the Pettis County Jail pending charges of DWI - prior offender and driving while suspended.

Nov. 24

11:25 a.m.: Cody Douglas Hanning, 31, of the 300 block of Second Street was arrested after an officer spoke with a victim on the phone regarding a report of the violation of an order of protection. Hanning was identified, located and transported to the Pettis County Jail where he was charged with violation of an ex parte order.

Nov. 26

7:26 p.m.: Christopher William Crouch, 52, was arrested after officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of South Limit Avenue for a report of a woman being held hostage. The call was made by a subject who reportedly made 911 calls to report crimes that at times required emergency response and all have been found to be fabricated. Crouch was located, arrested and placed on a 24-hour hold pending a charge of misusing 911.

11:15 p.m.: Ty Nicholas Rayl, 32, Was arrested after officers responded to the 1400 block of East Third Street in reference to a disturbance. Rayl was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending a charge of third-degree domestic assault.

Nov. 25

10:55 a.m.: An officer spoke with a subject in the lobby who wanted to report a possible theft from the 1400 block of West 11th Street. Information was gathered for a report.

Arrests

Nov. 26

10:23 p.m.: Devantre Johnson of Columbia was arrested after Pettis County deputies located an occupied stolen vehicle at Albright Court and East Saline Street. A white crystal substance testing positive for methamphetamine and Fentanyl was located as well as a glass smoking pipe. Johnson was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending charges of first-degree drug trafficking, possession of a controlled substance, tampering with a motor vehicle, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and felony driving while revoked.
