3:21 p.m.: Jordan T. Whelan, 30, of Sedalia was arrested in Pettis County for driving while intoxicated. He was transported to the Sedalia Police Department and released.
9:00 a.m.: Buster D. Belt, 40, of Clarksburg was arrested in Moniteau County for felony property damage. He was transported to the Moniteau County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
