Nov. 5

1:11 a.m.: Felix S. Oskolsky, 35, of the 6700 block of North Indian Creek Drive was arrested after a vehicle stop in the area of 10th Street and South Moniteau Avenue for conducting an improper turn and having a license plate that was obscured. Oskolsky was intoxicated and was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending a charge of DWI.

9:55 p.m.: Christopher William Crouch, 52, was arrested after officers responded to three separate emergencies in progress over 911 from the same suspect. The caller/suspect was contacted on each of these and found to have reported false information. He was arrested and released on summons for making the false reports.

Nov. 6

11:37 p.m.: Ivan Cameron Banuelos, 18, of the 200 block of South Quincy Avenue was arrested after a vehicle stop for improper registration near Broadway Boulevard and Carr Avenue. The driver had a revoked driver's license and was released with citations for driving while suspended and no proof of insurance.

Incidents

Nov. 5

8:22 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of South Limit Avenue in reference to property damage and theft. They made contact with the business owner, collected information and photographed the property for a report.

9:02 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 2400 block of West 2nd Street Terrace in reference to property damage. They spoke with the victim, the damage was photographed and a suspect was identified.

Nov. 5

3:11 p.m.: James T. Carter, 62, of Deepwater was arrested in Henry County for felon in possession of a firearm, driving while suspended - second or third offense, failure to register a motor vehicle, no seat belt, a misdemeanor Pettis County warrant and a misdemeanor Clinton Police Department warrant. Carter was transported to the Henry County Jail.
