Nov. 3

954 p.m.: Colin Lee Eber, 29, of the 1200 block of East Ninth Street was arrested after a vehicle stop for expired registration near East 16th Street and South Lamine Avenue. Eber was intoxicated and was transported to the Sedalia Police Department, charged with DWI and released to a sober driver.

Incidents

Nov. 3

751 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the lobby of the police department for a theft of a motor vehicle that occurred in the 1200 block of South Park Ave. A report was generated.

1:41 p.m.: Officers responded to Menards, 4400 Wisconsin Ave. regarding a past theft. Information was gathered for a report.

Nov. 6

10:46 a.m.: An officer was dispatched to the lobby of the police department in reference to a theft report.

Arrests

Nov. 6

5:59 p.m.: Krestina Borlack was arrested after deputies were dispatched to the 29000 block of Rattlesnake Hill Road in Smithton for the report of a physical domestic disturbance. It was later determined no domestic disturbance had occurred, Borlack was transported to the Pettis County Jail pending charges of property damage.

Incidents

Nov. 6

8:45 a.m.: Deputies were dispatched to Hwy. 65 and Claycomb Road in Pettis County for a non-injury motor vehicle crash. Falling cargo had struck and disabled a vehicle.

10:30 a.m.: Deputies responded to the 700 block of South Main Street in La Monte for a physical disturbance.
