8:14 p.m.: Timothy P. Cota Jr, 33, was arrested after police conducted a traffic stop at South Grand Avenue and West 16th Street for no license plates and a brake light out. The driver was intoxicated by drugs and alcohol and was transported to the Sedalia Police Department, processed and released with citations for no proof of insurance and DWI.
7:34 p.m.: Steven A. Fritz, 69, was arrested after police responded to a subject passed out at the wheel in front of Pettis County ambulance at Fourth Street and South Kentucky Avenue. Police contacted the driver who was intoxicated and was transported to the police department, processed and released with a municipal citation for DWI.
9:32 a.m.: A man came into the lobby of the police department to report a theft that occurred at Walmart, 3201 West Broadway Blvd.
7:22 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of South State Fair Boulevard in reference to an assault. They collected a statement from both parties and a report was completed.
8:38 p.m.: Officers responded to the 400 block of Buckner Court for a potential domestic disturbance. One of the two involved subjects left the area in a vehicle prior to officers arrival and a 12-hour log was completed due to the physical altercation.
