Concordia woman hurt in Johnson County accident
A Concordia woman, 20, suffered minor injuries at 5:08 p.m. Friday, May 9, in a Johnson County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, she was the occupant of a 2016 Nissan Sentra traveling north on Missouri Route 13 by a Concordia man, 19, who rear ended a 2025 Chevrolet Silverado driven by a Warrensburg man, 32.
Everyone was wearing a seat belt. The injured woman was transported by private conveyance to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg.
Columbia man hurt in Saline County accident
A Columbia man, 78, suffered minor injuries at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 8, in a Saline County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, he was driving a 2000 GMC Safari north on Highway D near 230th Road when he traveled off the left side of the road, struck a ditch and overturned.
It's unknown if he was wearing a seat belt, he was transported by Slater EMS to University Hospital in Columbia.
