Three transported after Johnson County collision
A Kingsville woman, 61, suffered serious injuries, Warrensburg man, 47, suffered minor injuries, and a Belton woman, 44, suffered minor injuries at 10:28 a.m. Tuesday, May 19, in a Johnson County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, a 2022 Honda Pilot driven north on Route AA by the Kingsville woman crossed U.S. 50 into the path of an eastbound 2025 Chevrolet Silverado and was struck on the driver's front side door and both vehicles traveled off the roadway.
Everyone was wearing a seat belt. The Belton woman and the Warrensburg driver were transported to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg and the Kingsville woman was transported to Research Medical Center in Kansas City.
