A Lincoln man, 17, suffered minor injuries at 5:05 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 14, in a Henry County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, he was in a 2001 Chevrolet S10 and exceeding the posted speed limit east on NE 400 Road at NE 501 Road when he failed to negotiate a right hand turn, ran off the roadway and struck a tree.
He was not wearing a seat belt, and was transported by Golden Valley Ambulance District to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton.
