6:26 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of West Third Street for a theft. Officers gathered information for a report. There is no suspect information.
7:20 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 700 block of East Broadway Boulevard for found property. Officers made contact with staff and gathered the property. The property that was unable to be returned was entered into evidence as found property.

4:05 p.m. Dustin L. McIlroy, 45, of Sedalia, was arrested in Pettis County for attempted kidnapping, harassment and fourth degree assault. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
