12:27 a.m.: Todd Mitchell Hays, 41, was arrested after officers on another call for service witnessed the suspect enter a property and remove an item. The suspect admitted taking property that didn't belong to him and the property owner was notified and confirmed he wanted to pursue charges for stealing and trespassing. Hays was charged with second-degree trespass, stealing and operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.
12:43 a.m.: Dimitro V. Cholovskiy, 36, was arrested after a traffic stop near the intersection of West Broadway Boulevard and South Sneed Avenue. The driver was charged with driving while intoxicated and speeding and was released.
6:11 p.m.: Stella Ray Oetting, 33, was arrested after officers were dispatched to a residence in the 500 block of West Seventh Street for a civil stand by. While on scene a victim reported a past domestic assault. Information was gathered and Oetting was charged with third-degree domestic assault.

6;08 a.m.: An officer was dispatched to the 1700 block of West 16th Street in reference to a vehicle theft.
