8:42 p.m.: Logan L. Keating, 32, of Knob Noster was arrested in Pettis County for driving while intoxicated - persistent offender, driving on the wrong way on a divided highway, no insurance and no seat belt. He was transported to the Saline County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
