7:50 p.m.: Virgil Andrew Edgar Sr, 53, was arrested after officers were dispatched for a drunk male passed out on the sidewalk in the 800 block of East Broadway Boulevard. Edgar was arrested and placed on a 12-hour hold for safekeeping.
June 25
11:57 p.m.: David Carl Robitsch,25, was arrested after officers conducted a traffic stop near South Limit Avenue and West 4th street. after officers conducted a traffic stop near South Limit Avenue and West 4th street. He was released with a summons for driving while intoxicated.
Incidents
June 24
10:23 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 2900 block of West Broadway Boulevard for a theft from a commercial property. A report was submitted.
11:12 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 1800 block of South Quincy Avenue in reference to a civil matter that ended up being a report for harassment.

June 22
2:44 p.m.: Rashee M. Guilt, 36, of Kansas City was arrested in Saline County for felony tampering with a motor vehicle. He was transported to the Saline County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
June 23
9:55 p.m.: Michael R. Olsen, 27, St. Louis was arrested in Morgan County for boating while intoxicated. He was issued a summons and released.
