6:20 p.m.: Thelma Jane Chilcoat, 52, was arrested after an officer responded to the 1400 block of West 11th Street for a disturbance. A primary aggressor was identified who had an active warrant for their arrest for failure to appear. Chilcoat was transported to the Pettis County Jail and booked for 24 hours pending charges of third-degree domestic assault and failure to appear.
7:19 p.m.: Jesse Robert Smith, 58, was arrested after officers responded to the 300 block of West Broadway Boulevard in reference to a theft. They later located the suspect and he was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending charges of first-degree burglary and stealing.
