1:11 a.m.: Julian Mejia Jeremias, 24, was arrested after voluntary contact was made with the operator vehicle at the Cenex, 120 East 16th Street. The vehicle had been observed moments earlier failing to maintain the right of way on the roadway and during the course of the investigation it was determined the driver was intoxicated. He was transported to the police department and issued a uniform traffic ticket for DWI.
Aug 31
9:29 p.m.: Aaron Trevor Mosier, 31, was arrested after officers responded to West 10th Street and Winchester Road for a physical domestic disturbance. The suspect was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending a charge of fourth-degree domestic assault.
