12:45 p.m.: Larry Dale Hundley, 50, was arrested after officers were dispatched to a reported trespassing in the 1100 block of South Grand Avenue. A suspect was identified and later placed under arrest and transported to the Pettis County Jail. Hundley was placed on a 24-hour hold pending charges of kidnapping, first-degree burglary, peace disturbance and tampering with property.
11:28 a.m.: Matthew H. Harrison, 51, was arrested after officers were dispatched to the 900 block of West Seventh Street for a subject trespassing. Officers made contact with the victim who wished to pursue charges and the suspect was transported to the Pettis County Jail and charged with criminal mischief.
12:26 p.m.: Justin Lee Smith, 40, was arrested after an officer was dispatched to the 2000 block of Tiger Pride Boulevard for a disturbance. A man involved in the disturbance was discovered to be trespassing on the property and was released with a citation.
9:02 p.m.: Shane Lewis Mundy, 35, was arrested after a vehicle stop near West Broadway Boulevard and South Vermont Avenue for aggressive and careless driving. The driver was intoxicated by drugs and was transported to the police department, processed and released with citations for DWI - drugs and speeding.
10:18 p.m.: Grasia Alejo Ubaldo, 33, was arrested after a vehicle stop near East 15th Street and South Ingram Avenue for failing to maintain the right half of the roadway. The driver was intoxicated by alcohol and was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending charges of DWI and driving while revoked.
1:13 a.m.: Rebecca Sue Erfurth, 65, was arrested after a vehicle stop in the 1600 block of East Broadway Boulevard for traffic violations. The driver was intoxicated and was transported to the Pettis County Jail and released to a sober person pending a State charge of DWI.
3:11 a.m.: Sebastian Arroyo, 19, was arrested after a vehicle stop in the Thompson Hills Shopping Center parking lot for moving violations indicative of impaired driving. The driver was intoxicated and was transported to the police department, processed and released with a citation for DWI.
4:03 a.m.: Brooke Lynn Lee Monteer, 23, was arrested after a traffic stop near East Howard Street and North Heard Avenue for no plate lights. The passenger littered and refused to show ID. She was transported to the jail where a body scan revealed a meth pipe. She was placed on a 24 -hour hold pending charges of introduction of a controlled substance into a jail facility, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and littering.
7:33 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to a residence in the 1100 block of South Massachusetts Avenue for a male subject outside yelling profanities and swinging knives. Officers found the suspect was intoxicated and yelling at the victim who wanted to press charges on the suspect for harassment.
5:04 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 700 block of East 13th Street for the report of a domestic disturbance no longer in progress. They gathered information and documentation for a report.
7:18 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of West Main Street in reference to theft from a business. They collected a written statement and video of the incident for a report.
10:50 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 3200 block of West 16th Street in reference to a theft. They made contact with the reporting party and collected a written statement for a report.
10:56 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the police department lobby for a report of stolen license plates from the 1300 block of East Broadway Boulevard. They gathered information and documentation and completed a report.
11:01 p.m.: Layla S. Johnson, 22, of Lee's Summit was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated, speeding, failure to affix a plate and failure to place her vehicle as far right as possible. She was released.
1:04 p.m.: Shawn A. Jeffrey, 47, of Warrensburg was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated, speeding and unlawful window tint. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department and released.
4:20 p.m.: Jason L. Stickney, 27, of Sedalia was arrested in Morgan County for DWI - alcohol, failure to maintain the right half of the road causing a crash, and failure to wear a seat belt. He was released on summons.
9:35 p.m.: Christopher J. Shippy, 51, of Centerview was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated - aggravated offender. He was transported to the Johnson County Jail and released.
12:43 p.m.: Nikolay Boyko, 56, of Sedalia was arrested in Pettis County for felony driving while intoxicated, felony driving while revoked, two Pettis County warrants, a Sedalia Police Department warrant and second-degree property damage. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail.
6:03 p.m.: Marco A. Rodriguez, 26, of Independence was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated - persistent offender and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway involving a crash. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department and released.
