8:07 p.m.: Racena M. Messer was arrested after a vehicle stop near West 14th Street and South Park Avenue. A consent search of the occupant located a clear crystallized substance which field tested positive for methamphetamine. Messer was charged with drug possession.
7:04 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of North Grand Avenue in reference to theft. They made contact with the reporting party and submitted a report.
12:37 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 2900 block of West Broadway Boulevard in reference to a theft. They spoke with the reporting party and submitted a report.
1:13 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the lobby of the police department in reference to a theft. They contacted the reporting party and submitted a report.
