William H. Roberts, 31, of California, suffered moderate injuries at 3 p.m. Tuesday in a Moniteau County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Roberts was driving a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado east on U.S. Highway 50 when he traveled off the right side of the roadway due to road conditions and struck a rock bluff.
He was not wearing a seat belt and was transported by ambulance to St. Mary's Hospital in Jefferson City.
