Cramer, a single person, dated August 5, 2021, and recorded as Document No. 2021-4728, of the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Pettis County, Missouri, the undersigned Trustee, Laurie S. Ward, Attorney at Law, 514 South Ohio Street, Sedalia, Pettis County, Missouri will on May 14, 2024, between the hours of 9:00 o'clock a.m. and 5:00 o'clock p.m., the hour of sale being 11:00 o'clock a.m., at the west front door of the Pettis County Courthouse in Sedalia, Missouri, sell the following described real estate to satisfy debt and costs described in the aforementioned Deed of Trust:
