Notice to Bidders
The Sedalia School District #200 is accepting sealed bids for two separate "lots" of technology surplus.
The first "lot" includes but is not limited to 22 pallets and 1 gaylord of miscellaneous technology including printers and monitors. Link to specifics: bit.ly/4aJP4y8
The second "lot" includes but is not limited to 315 student Chromebooks all on pallets. Link to specifics: bit.ly/4d5ub2L
Winning bidder(s) must take and remove all items in the lot and provide written documentation of a certificate of data destruction in accordance with district policy and procedures. Storage bins are not included in this bid, gaylords need to be returned. Sealed bids must be marked "Tech Surplus" and will be accepted until 10:00 am on April 26, 2024, at the Sedalia School District #200, 2806 Matthew Dr., Sedalia, MO 65301.
