for Lead Service Line
Plan Services
The City of Pilot Grove, Missouri is requesting proposals for services to complete a lead service line inventory and provide lead service replacement plan services. The full scope of required services and proposal requirements are available at City Hall, 213 College Street, Pilot Grove, Mo. 65276 or can be requested via email to cityofpilotgrove@gmail.com. The City has an estimated 250 service lines that may need serviced. All proposals must include individual bids for, a. Records Review, b. In-Field Verification by Excavation, c. In-Field Verification by Visual Inspection, d. Administrative Services and e. Replacement Plan Services, to be mailed to and received thereby no later than May 2, 2024. Bidders must provide a bid amount for each of the services listed. Late or electronic proposals will not be considered. Proposals must be sealed and clearly labeled with the entity's name and address on the outside of the envelope. Conditional proposals will not be accepted. Proposals will be opened and read publicly at 6pm on May 6, 2024 at city hall.
This project is being financed through the Missouri State Revolving Fund, by the Water and Wastewater Loan Revolving Fund and federal Capitalization Grants to Missouri.
Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order Number 11246. Requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are further explained at the link provided below.
