Dear Editor:

Family Medicine was a great place to find a doctor for routine issues. Now Bothwell has purchased Family Medicine and you need to call for an appointment or med renewal all you get are "Centralize Robots." It is very difficult to get, or change an appointment.

With the addition of a new CEO I would hope the practice would once again become more family oriented. Now every time I need answers or changes, we have to go through Bothwell and they require an office visit (More Money) for them). I know the world is turning in most every industry. But medicine and lawyer “practice" their profession. Let's get back to showing patient care and not require a money visit for an issue than can be handled over the phone.
