Due to Dr. Ken Azan’s retirement at the end of December, Nurse Practitioner Leah Hermanson and other clinic staff will provide care at a new location in 2024.
Bothwell Azan Clinic will be closed Jan. 2 and 3, and clinic staff will resume care at Bothwell Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Specialists at 2301 S. Ingram on Jan. 4.
