Odessa trucker hurt in Johnson County accident
Clinton D. Reighard, 42, of Odessa, sustained minor injuries at 1:22 p.m. Monday in a Johnson County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Reighard was driving a 2005 Kenworth tractor trailer south on state Route Z at U.S. Highway 50 when he attempted to turn, lost control and overturned. He was wearing a seat belt, and was transported by Johnson County Ambulance District to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg.
Gravois Mills woman seriously injured in Morgan County accident
Amelia M. Goddard, 19, of Gravois Mills, sustained serious injuries, and Chelsea M. Collison, 24, of Eldon, sustained minor injuries at 4:02 p.m. Monday in a Morgan County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, a 2003 Nissan Xterra driven by Connor Q. Hasker, 27, of Gravois Mills, was stopped behind a school bus on Missouri Highway 5 at Forest Drive when a 2015 Ford Focus driven south by Goddard failed to observe the Xterra and rear-ended it.
All involved were wearing seat belts, Goddard and Collison were transported by Mid-MO Ambulance District to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach.
