Leeton man hurt in Johnson crash
A Leeton man suffered serious injuries in a two-vehicle accident at 11:30 p.m. Feb. 2 in Johnson County.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Thomas A. Williams, 29, was driving south on Southeast 1000 Road near state Route D when he overtook and struck another southbound vehicle experiencing mechanical failure driven by Kevin J. Hontz, 32, of Leeton.
Williams, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken by the Windsor Fire Department to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg for his injuries.
