Warsaw man injured in Benton County accident

Jerry W. Noland, 54, of Warsaw, was moderately injured at 5:20 p.m. Thursday in a Benton County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Noland was driving a 2003 Dodge 1500 east on Lost Valley Road, east of Hatchery Avenue, when he began skidding on wet pavement, struck an embankment, and overturned.

He was wearing a seat belt and was transported by Warsaw-Lincoln Ambulance District to Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare in Clinton.

Kansas City woman injured in Johnson accident

Victoria L. Sailors, 18, of Kansas City, was injured at 3:33 a.m. Thursday in a Johnson County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Sailors was driving a 2009 Kia Rondo west on U.S. Highway 50 when she failed to negotiate a curve, traveled off the left side of the road, and over-corrected, causing the vehicle to return to the road. It traveled back across and off the right side of the road before coming to rest in the road.

Sailors was wearing a seat belt and was transported by Johnson County Ambulance District to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg.

Rocky Mount motorcyclist injured in Morgan accident

Hartmut R. Kranz, 69, of Rocky Mount, sustained moderate injuries at 3:30 p.m. Thursday in a Morgan County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Kranz was driving a 2001 Harley-Davidson Road King north on Route Y, north of Lullaby Drive, when he traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned.

Kranz was not wearing a helmet and was transported by private vehiclee to Capital Regional Hospital in Jefferson City.
