Lowry City passenger injured in Benton County accident

Donna M. Scott, 75, of Lowry City, suffered moderate injuries at 7:20 p.m. Friday in a Benton County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, a 2015 Ford F-350 driven by Justin R. Blake, 43, of Cole Camp, was westbound on Highway 52 and slowed to make a left turn when it was struck in the rear by a 2017 Ford Taurus driven by Delbert L. Scott, 74, of Lowry City.

Everyone was wearing a seat belt. Donna Scott was transported by Cole Camp Ambulance District to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton.

Two from Fair Grove hurt in Benton crash

A 13-year-old girl and Summer L. Johnson, 33, both of Fair Grove, suffered minor injuries at 10:10 a.m. Saturday in a Benton County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, a 2016 Volkswagen sedan driven by Crystal D. Brown, 31, of Lawrence, Kansas, was eastbound on state Route 7 and struck the rear of a 2022 Ford Explorer driven by Deena R. Johnson, 56, of Edwards.

Everyone was wearing a seat belt. Two occupants in Deena Johnson’s vehicle, the teen and Summer Johnson, were transported by Warsaw-Lincoln Ambulance District to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton.

Clinton teen suffers serious injuries in Henry County accident

Xzavier M. Ray, 18, of Clinton, suffered serious injuries at 1:50 a.m. Saturday in a Henry County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the crash occurred when Ray was driving a 2012 Ford Focus north on Route O. He failed to negotiate a curve and the vehicle traveled off the roadway and struck a tree.

Ray was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected. He was transported to Research Medical Center in Kansas City by Life Flight.

Russellville woman seriously injured in Moniteau crash

Jessica N. Taylor, 30, of Russellville, suffered serious injuries at noon Wednesday in a Moniteau County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Taylor was driving a 2018 Mazda CX-9 north on Highway 87 when she crossed the centerline. The vehicle traveled off the left side of the road, struck a tree and Taylor was ejected.

She was not wearing a seat belt and was transported by MU Air Care to University Hospital in Columbia.
