Two injured in Johnson County accident
Robert M. Schroer, 43, of Kingsville, sustained serious injuries and Kaley D. Deatley, 31, of Odessa, sustained moderate injuries at 10:59 a.m. Wednesday in a Johnson County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Deatley was driving a 2020 Mercedes Benz north on NW 1051 Road when she drove into the path of Schroer, who was eastbound on Highway 50 in a 2013 Ford F350. The collision caused the Mercedes to overturn multiple times.
Both drivers were wearing seat belts. Schroer was transported by Johnson County Ambulance District to Research Medical Center in Kansas City. Deatley was transported by JCAD to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg.
Johnson County accident sends two to hospital
Jazimin E. Mays, 23, of Warrensburg, and James N. Stephenson, 31, of Holden, both sustained moderate injuries at 8:10 p.m. Wednesday in a Johnson County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Mays was driving a 2023 Chevrolet TrailBlazer West on Southwest Highway BB when she traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a culvert.
Neither passenger was wearing a seat belt. They were transported by Johnson County Ambulance District to Research Medical Center in Kansas City.
