Lincoln man hurt in Benton County accident

David C. Howe, 75, of Lincoln, sustained minor injuries at 6 p.m. Monday in a Benton County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Howe was driving a 2015 Jeep Cherokee south on Ridge Lane when he traveled off the left side of the road and struck a tree.

He was wearing a seat belt and was transported by private vehicle to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton.

Holden teen hurt in Johnson accident

Madison L. Diehl, 19, of Holden, sustained minor injuries at 8:19 p.m. Tuesday in a Johnson County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Diehl was driving a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica east on Highway 50 when she attempted to turn in the roadway and traveled off the south side, striking a fence.

She was not wearing a seat belt and was transported by Johnson County Ambulance District to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg.
