He was born March 3, 1943, in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
Eugene is married to Eola Jardot, of Sedalia.
He is retired as a roofer and enjoys using his metal detector, playing cards, going to garage sales and auctions, reading books, being outdoors, gardening and inventing gadgets. He also enjoys politics and his family said he would like to write a book.
He has three children, Terry Rexroot, Karen Wiskur and Rick Meyer, all of Sedalia.
